We have an immediate need for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at a state-operated intellectual and developmental disabilities facility in Summerville, South Carolina . Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment immediately.

Job Details:

Immediate start date Full-time schedule, 40 hours Five 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend 1st shift position (7a-3:30p)

License and Credentials Requirements:

Current South Carolina or Compact LPN License Current CPR Certification, BLS - American Heart Association Current 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON Must have experience with G-tubes and trach care

Primary Job Duties:

Monitor and record patient health Take vital signs Administer medications Provide treatments, including changing wound dressings Consult with physicians on patient treatment plans Direct and supervise nurse assistants
