  • Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized leader in addiction and mental health treatment, combining evidence-based clinical care with the healing power of music.
We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring client health, and supporting the overall treatment process.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status. Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical staff. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care. Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes. Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols. Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, overnights, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications
  • Active nursing license in the applicable state.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, addiction medicine, or related healthcare settings preferred. Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, client-centered approach to patient care. Experience with medication-assisted treatment, behavioral health medications, or specialty treatment protocols is a plus.
