Starting pay for experienced LPN's will be discussed based upon expertise at the discretion of the Director of Nursing and the facility Administrator.

Position summary:

Licensed Practical Nurses provide day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements, or satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be at least 18 years of age. About Jefferson Park at

We are conveniently located one mile from I-40, Exit 417 at 914 Industrial Park Road in Dandridge. We are a well-established 160-bed, 24-hour skilled nursing facility. Our Legacy building is a 130-bed facility, and we have 30 Green House beds. The 3 Green House Homes are a non-traditional way of living in a nursing home.
