The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate nursing services to children 6 weeks to 18 and until 21 for special needs children. Working under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and within the LPN scope of practice, the nurse supports student health, promotes a safe learning environment, responds to illness and injury, administers authorized medications, maintains required documentation, and communicates with parents/guardians, school personnel, and healthcare providers as appropriate.PLEASE ATTACHED FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION!
