What You'll Do Follow each patient's plan of care Perform wound care, medication administration, and other ordered treatments Monitor patients and report changes in condition Educate patients and families about ongoing needs Communicate with physicians and the care team Complete accurate visit documentation What You'll Need Minimum 1 year of LVN experience Active, unrestricted Texas LVN license Wound care experience is a plus Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage visits with minimal supervision Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care?
