Every 3rd weekend off, rotational pattern 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM National Health Care Solutions (Nationalhcs) is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for contract opportunities at a state-supported healthcare facility in Corpus Christi, Texas . Qualified LVNs must have at least one year of direct care nursing experience, with two or more years preferred. Candidates should be comfortable providing hands-on nursing care and performing advanced nursing skills. Positions are available immediately. Selected candidates may begin once all required credentialing, compliance, background screening, and facility clearance requirements have been successfully completed. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients Administer medications and treatments Provide medication education and complete required documentation Perform advanced nursing skills, including gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, and related patient-care procedures Work collaboratively under the supervision of the Unit RN and the Unit Nurse Manager Qualifications Current, valid Texas LVN license Minimum 1 year of direct care nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Ability to provide required TB and other health and immunization documentation Ability to complete required facility training Dependable and able to work the assigned schedule Successful completion of all Nationalhcs and facility-required screening and compliance requirements, including drug screening, background checks, and fingerprint clearance.
