Schedule:

Mon, Thurs & Fri 12am-8am (24 hrs) LVN Private Duty Nursing We are seeking dependable, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a male patient w/ g-tube.

Responsibilities:

Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for patient on G-Tube and vent. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer. Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Qualifications:

Graduated an accredited school of vocational nursing. Have a Texas State License as a LVN. Pass background check. Is certified in CPR and has current TB test. Able to lift up to 80-100lbs.
