We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our night shift team at our facility in Hico, TX. As an LVN at Avir at Hico, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care as assigned, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs Assists with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients Conducts patient assessments and develops individualized care plans Documents patient care and treatment in accordance with established protocols Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Requirements:

Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas Ability to work night shifts (7pm-7am) 0 years of experience as an LVN (new graduates encouraged to apply) High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited LVN program preferred
