Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including occupational health, home care, and emergency services. As an LVN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals across diverse environments, including hospitals, urgent care facilities, and Level I Trauma Centers. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Assist with catheter care and other personal hygiene tasks for patients. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Document patient information accurately in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Experience in occupational health, home care, or emergency room settings preferred. Knowledge of catheter care procedures and infant care techniques is a plus. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding standards is desirable.
