Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient health, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This is a paid position offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records. Collect specimens and prepare patients for tests or procedures. Educate patients and their families about medications, treatments, and ongoing care. Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other basic nursing procedures. Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide basic life support (BLS) when required. Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus. Experience in hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings is preferred but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
Pay:
$40.00 - $48.00 per hour
