Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic wound care, and assisting with treatments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic wound care, and assisting with treatments Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including charting and reporting as required Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality assurance activities to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Perform other duties as assigned by the night shift supervisor or charge nurse

Requirements:
