Role:

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems. You will also be responsible for managing our maintenance team, supervising the work of contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of facilities Coordinate and supervise the work of outside contractors and vendors Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and HIPAA Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory Participate in budgeting and planning for maintenance-related expenses Ensure the safety and security of residents, employees, and visitors by identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Excellent leadership and management skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
