As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you'll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Average Patient Length of Stay:

10-14 days

Conditions:

Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more

Team Approach:

Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more

Advanced Care:

IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) ✔️

What You'll Need:

LPN License (State of Texas) CPR required |

ACLS & BLS

Shift:

A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus. #INDMAN
