Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the patients home. The LVN will play a crucial role in supporting patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to all regulatory standards. Home Health experience is preferred but not required. We will train. Knowledge of Axxess Technologies software preferred. Duties Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed. Assist with specimen collection processing to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in patient care within home healthcare settings is preferred. Knowledge of specimen collection processing techniques is an advantage. Ability to adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
