PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM Responsibilities Provide direct, hands-on nursing care to the assigned patient Assess the patient's condition and document observations Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies Provide and manage G-tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy care Monitor vital signs and perform ongoing nursing assessments Communicate changes in condition to the nursing supervisor and/or physician Educate and support family members and caregivers Complete accurate and timely documentation in Kantime Requirements Active, unencumbered Texas RN or LVN license Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Ability to perform required physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and transfers Pediatric or high-acuity experience preferred but not required Willingness to complete required in-office and on-site training Why Join First Steps Nursing and Therapy? $25-$27 per hour
