Key Responsibilities:

Deliver wound care and conduct assessments in patients' homes Administer non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound therapy (training provided) Take vitals, evaluate patients, and document care progress Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers Travel locally within assigned areas (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements:

Active Texas LPN license BLS Proof of TB within last 12 months Minimum 1 year clinical experience (wound care or home health preferred) Strong skills in communication and documentation Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally Clear background check and drug screening

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, daytime hours only No nights, weekends, or on-call

Compensation:
