A Licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse provides basic medical care under the direction of registered nurses and other healthcare specialists. The tasks that they are permitted to perform vary by state, but usually include changing bandages, checking blood pressure, or helping feed patients. May work in hospitals, nursing homes, or other healthcare facilities.

Role Overview:
As an LPN - Skilled Home Care at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a supportive clinical and office team to promote client comfort and well-being. Whether you work on-site in Princeton, Texas, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor and document the patient's condition. Follow individualized plans of care. Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams. Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Provide compassionate, professional care tailored to each client's needs.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current LPN license in Texas. Compassionate and dependable nature. Ability to provide one-on-one patient care. Strong communication skills to collaborate with care teams. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Bonus If You:
Have experience in home health care settings. Are familiar with electronic health records (EHR). Possess certifications in relevant specializations.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position that may include working on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

This position is on-site only in Princeton, Texas.
