Spring, TX Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Spring, TX. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with medical procedures, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LVN program. Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Work Environment This position is based in Spring, TX, and involves working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
