Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN II) to join a busy clinical team in Sugar Land, TX. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator while ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with organizational and professional standards. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented LVN with strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and experience managing multiple patient needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care within the LVN scope of practice. Assist with patient assessments, treatments, procedures, and follow-up care. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the supervising nurse or provider. Prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients in an efficient and organized manner. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and permitted by state regulations. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes. Utilize clinical equipment and supplies appropriate to the assigned patient population. Required Qualifications Graduate of an approved Vocational Nursing program. Current and valid Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage care for multiple patients. Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic documentation systems. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting. Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient or ambulatory care environment. Knowledge of patient care equipment and supplies related to the assigned clinical area.
