About GroomBar Mobile GroomBar Mobile is a women-owned, premium mobile pet grooming brand bringing five-star grooming experiences right to our clients' doors. This energetic role combines your passion for animal care with your talent for grooming, offering a convenient and personalized experience for pets and their owners. Your expertise will help strengthen our reputation for exceptional pet care and customer service. We will soon be launching in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area — and we are looking for talented, passionate groomers to grow with us from day one. Our mobile unit is a brand new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter— professionally outfitted, fully equipped van with windows, and everything you need to do your best work in comfort and style. What You'll Do Provide full grooming services (baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more) directly at clients' homes. Handle animals with care, using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety during grooming procedures and assess each pet's health and behavior, alerting owners to any concerns or abnormalities that may require veterinary attention Drive and operate a company-provided mobile grooming van within the Sugar Land service area Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets through consistent, high-quality care. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide advice on pet care and maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mobile unit at all times, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use Represent the GroomBar brand with professionalism and warmth at every appointment What We're Looking For 2+ year of professional dog grooming experience (mobile experience a plus!) Ability to groom all breeds and coat types Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A genuine love for animals and commitment to their safety and comfort Strong time management and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger animals or equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Why Join GroomBar Mobile?
