6:45am to 3:15pm 2:45pm to 11:15pm 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday - Saturday included

Note:

Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements. The minimum contract length of time is 6 months with option to extend!

Description:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse performs advanced vocational nursing work. Provides for the care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals who have complex medical, mental health and/or behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry - Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.

Requirements:

Must possess valid LVN license. Must have at least 2 years of experience Must comply with immunization requirements. Must submit to required drug test. Must submit to required fingerprinting. Must complete facility required training.
