[Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our adult day care team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults, seniors, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and/or clients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities Provide nursing care and health monitoring for adult day care participants. Monitor vital signs, medications, and changes in clients' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Assist with care plans and ensure clients' healthcare needs are appropriately addressed. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. Follow all applicable state regulations, facility policies, and infection-control procedures. Qualifications Current LVN license in the state ofTexas. Previous nursing experience required; adult day care, senior care, home health, long-term care, or similar experience preferred . Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work compassionately and professionally with adults and their families. CPR/BLS certification preferred or required. Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
