Job Overview We are seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in the Wharton, Tx and El Campo Tx areas. The RN will provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home Complete approximately 1-hour home health visits Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Follow physician orders and individualized care plans Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely Communicate patient needs and changes with the care team Maintain compliance with Home Health and agency requirements Requirements Current, active Texas RN License Home Health experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage PRN visits Must be dependable and committed to quality patient care Compensation & Benefits PRN / Per-Visit Position Pay is negotiable Approximately 1 hour per visit Mileage is not reimbursed No benefits are offered with this PRN position Openings available in Wharton, Tx and El Campo Tx If you are a dedicated RN looking for flexible PRN Home Health work, we would love to hear from you!
