Job Description
Whitney Nursing & Rehab is hiring a Floor Nurse to oversee daily clinical care and resident routines. In this position, you will administer medications, manage wound care treatments, and update physician orders across the shift. You will work alongside hall nursing assistants to maintain clear communication and steady floor workflow. Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and perform routine skin or wound care treatments. Document resident condition updates and complete daily charting in PointClickCare. Communicate care plan updates directly to attending physicians and resident families. Provide direction to certified nursing assistants to ensure timely resident care. Complete shift handoff reports and process routine physician orders.
