Responsibilities Perform clerical duties such as checking patients in and out, gathering necessary patient documents prior to visits, and assisting with sending orders. Manage patient records efficiently within EMR/EHR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate prior authorizations for treatments or procedures, working closely with insurance providers and healthcare teams. Assist with clinical tasks including administering first aid when required. Support the healthcare team by preparing patient charts, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments.
