Certified Nursing Assistants at Senior Care Health & Rehabilitation work alongside charge nurses to deliver direct resident care and mobility assistance. Floor duties center on helping residents with daily hygiene and meal assistance. You will track vital signs and report physical condition updates to unit nurses throughout the shift. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing and dressing. Transport residents safely to dining areas and assist with mealtime feeding. Take and record routine vital signs, weights, and intake/output numbers. Respond promptly to resident call lights and assist with bed repositioning or wheelchair transfers. Report changes in skin condition or resident baseline directly to the charge nurse.

Starting at $16/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
