- Day Shift Stonehenge of Cedar City | Cedar City, Utah Stonehenge of Cedar City is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on day shift . Position Overview As an RN/LPN at Stonehenge, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing facility. You will work alongside CNAs, nurses, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Monitor residents and identify changes in condition Complete required nursing documentation and charting Communicate changes or concerns promptly to appropriate members of the clinical team Coordinate care with physicians, nursing leadership, CNAs, therapy, and other departments Provide guidance and support to CNAs and other members of the care team Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and their families Follow infection prevention, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies and procedures Assist in maintaining a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Advocate for the dignity, comfort, safety, and individual needs of every resident Qualifications Current Utah RN or LPN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome qualified nurses who are eager to learn and grow What We're Looking For We are looking for more than clinical skills.
