BrightStar Care of Leesburg and Gainesville is looking for a passionate and reliable LPN/RN to care for our clients around the Warren and Prince William County areas. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and is proactive regarding patient care. We are looking for someone who has experience providing skilled nursing in a home care setting and is able to remain patient and calm in stressful/difficult situations. Training is provided by the Clinical Supervisor handling the case. We believe that caring is more than just a job, it's a way of life. Current Schedule:

Front Royal, VA Paraplegic/Total Care, Straight Catheter, and CPAP at night (continuous positive airway pressure), and Bowel Regimen. Friday to Sunday 10 pm - 6 am Monday to Sunday 6 am - 4 pm

Start Date :

As soon as possible or within a week.

Skills :

1 year of proven experience working as an LPN and RN G Tube, Total Care, Trach, and Vent Experience. Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle stress Our employees enjoy the following
