This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who is proactive in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in homecare and pediatric client's be calm under pressure, especially in challenging situations.

Thursday:

7am to 5pm

Required Skills:

Experience working with pediatric clients. G-tube Proven track record as an LPN. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards. A strong understanding of confidentiality and best nursing practices. Expertise in medical and hospital terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current LPN VA or Compact License in good standing. Compassionate, with the ability to manage stress and challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pediatric G-tube client Attend school with the client Track patient conditions, including fluid intake/output, and maintain detailed charts. Assist with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing. Administer medications, injections, enemas, and provide wound care. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Maintain open communication with family members to provide comfort and instruction. Why BrightStar Care?
