For a view into our world, please visit our website at www.birminghamgreen.org Responsibilities/Accountabilities We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can: Orders and dispenses medications according to physician's orders Carries out admissions and readmissions Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility Directs and supervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides Must be able to lift without restrictions Will also perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Education Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR certification Able to work weekends

Preferred:
