Job Description

Overview 1st Americare is seeking an RN/LPN to work with our client in the Rixeyville, VA area. Candidate with Gtube experience is required. Must be comfortable with pets in home. The schedule for this case will be: Friday

Sunday 11pm-5am

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
