$2,500 $1,250 at 90 days of employment $1,250 at 180 days of employment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Skills:

• Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
