Job Description

Licensed Practical NurseWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and support patients with their healthcare needs under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients for changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Obtain vital signs and assist with routine nursing procedures. Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and basic health needs. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current LPN license in the applicable state. Current BLS certification. Previous clinical, hospital, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
