Job Summary We are urgently seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our travel healthcare team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and more. As a Travel LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and supporting medical teams in fast-paced environments. Your expertise will help ensure optimal patient outcomes while enjoying the flexibility and adventure of travel nursing. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations in various healthcare settings. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict protocols and safety guidelines. Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, wound care, tube feeding, and sterile techniques. Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse populations, including geriatric patients and those with developmental disabilities or dementia. Provide triage support by evaluating patient symptoms, prioritizing care needs, and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information. Support discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for patients in post-acute or long-term care environments. Experience Valid LPN license in good standing with current state licensure requirements. Proven experience working as an LPN in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, or long-term care settings. Critical care experience preferred, including ICU or Level I Trauma Center exposure. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in dementia/memory care is a plus. Knowledge of
