ASAP Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care. Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly. Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation. Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs. Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans. Follow infection-control procedures and patient-safety standards. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients. ✅ Requirements Active LPN license eligible to practice in Vermont. Current BLS certification , as required by the facility. Strong clinical and communication skills. Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable. Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the assignment. Ready to Get Started?
