What You'll Do
Coordinate and oversee wound care services throughout the facility
Assess, monitor, and treat residents with wounds and skin concerns
Develop and update individualized wound care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and recovery
Educate staff on wound care best practices and skin management
Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Need
Current Washington LPN license (or NLC-eligible)
Wound care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge of wound care, skin management, and infection prevention practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
