As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services to help patients restore function and mobility, all while working in accordance with state and federal regulations. In this role, you will: Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care Document services accurately and timely Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications include: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) Active state PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs Need 1 year experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
