Duties and Responsibilities:
Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications and Skills:
Current and valid LPN license Excellent interpersonal skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at North Auburn Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
