Part Time Lacamas Creek Post Acute Pay:

- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team and physician
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Washington
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate and resident focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
