Role:

As an LVN at Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , your responsibilities will include: Providing direct patient care under the supervision of our nursing team, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients Participating in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

Current LVN licensure High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
