Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned Observe, administer, and record medications, treatments, patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) Reinforce, support, and provide health care instructions to patients and their families Assist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications and Skills:
