Colonial Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is opening a new full-time leadership role at our small boutique community. We're seeking a strong clinical leader to support daily operations, ensure care quality, and provide confident leadership on the floor. The Assistant Wellness Director will work alongside the Wellness Director to ensure seven-day nursing leadership. This role is ideal for a nurse who is ready to step into visible leadership without being a task-based caregiver . What You'll Do Lead the floor and support staff through daily operations Ensure care plans, alert charting, and documentation are accurate and current Follow up on incidents, falls, and clinical priorities Coach caregivers and hold teams accountable to standards Communicate clinical changes and escalations to the Wellness Director Maintain strong visibility and resident connection throughout the day What We're Looking For Licensed nurse - LPN Experience in assisted living or memory care Calm, confident leadership style Strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable coaching others without "doing it all yourself" This is a true leadership role for someone who wants to influence care quality and team performance.
