Part Time Nurse - LPN or RN | NOC Shift Augusta Health & Rehabilitation Are you a compassionate and dependable nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a difference every day? Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time LPN or RN to join our NOC Shift team! As a nurse at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, supporting our residents' health and well-being, and collaborating with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Position Details:
Part Time NOC Shift LPN Pay:
$26.00/hour
RN Pay:
$35.00/hour Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while making a difference every day
Nurse Responsibilities Include:
Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents' conditions Communicate resident needs and changes with physicians, families, and the healthcare team Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members Complete required documentation accurately and timely Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
What We're Looking For:
