This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in behavioral health and addiction treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The PRN Nurse will provide nursing care and support to clients receiving detoxification and residential treatment services while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities Monitor clients throughout detoxification and residential treatment Administer medications as ordered by providers Monitor withdrawal symptoms and report changes in condition Obtain vital signs and complete clinical documentation Coordinate with medical, clinical, and behavioral health teams Respond appropriately to medical or psychiatric concerns Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EMR Support daily nursing operations within the facility Qualifications Active Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing Previous detox, behavioral health, psychiatric, correctional, or residential experience preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team BLS/CPR certification preferred Schedule PRN / Per Diem Flexible scheduling Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in recovery and mental health care Professional growth opportunities within behavioral health and addiction treatment
