Nurse:

Administer Medications and Treatments:

Safely deliver prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.

Monitor and Document Resident Conditions:

Observe residents, accurately document findings, and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.

Support Care Planning and Admission Processes:

Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans, including during admissions and readmissions. Participate in and

Oversee Resident Care Programs:

Actively support resident care initiatives (e.g., skin integrity, pain management) and ensure CNAs fulfill their responsibilities within these programs.

Nurse Requirements:

Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred Basic computer skills, including electronic health records systems Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
