• 6:45 AM Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care to geriatric and/or disabled residents.

Administer and accurately document medications as ordered by physicians. Perform LPN-level nursing procedures and treatments. Provide tube feedings and catheterizations. Perform irrigations and change sterile dressings. Provide suctioning and tracheostomy care. Administer nebulizer treatments. Perform specialized skin-care treatments. Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN and appropriate healthcare professionals.
