AM:

6:15 a.m.-2:45 p.m. Second Shift -

PM:

2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Third Shift -

Night:

10:45 p.m.-6:45 a.m. Weekend assignments consist of Saturday and Sunday. Candidates must be able to meet the facility's full-time scheduling, weekend, and holiday requirements. Make a Difference as an LPN Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct and indirect nursing care to approximately 50-60 geriatric or disabled members. Key LPN Responsibilities Provide licensed practical nursing care under the direction of an RN. Measure, administer, and accurately document medications ordered by physicians. Monitor members and promptly report changes in their physical condition, behavior, or care needs. Perform ordered nursing treatments and procedures within the LPN scope of practice. Maintain accurate clinical records and follow individualized plans of care. Promote member safety, dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. Clinical Procedures The Licensed Practical Nurse may perform procedures and treatments that include: Tube feedings Catheterizations and irrigations Sterile dressing changes Suctioning Tracheostomy care Nebulizer treatments Specialized skin and wound-care treatments What We Are Looking For Candidates who meet all applicable Wisconsin LPN licensing requirements. Experience providing nursing care to geriatric or disabled individuals. Strong medication-administration, clinical-observation, documentation, and communication skills.
