Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Wisconsin Time Zone:
Central Standard Time (CST)
Responsibilities:
Provide licensed practical nursing care under the direction of an RN. Provide direct and indirect patient care for approximately 50-60 geriatric and/or disabled members . Measure, administer, and document medications as ordered by physicians. Perform LPN-level nursing procedures and treatments, including tube feedings, catheterizations, irrigations, sterile dressing changes, suctioning, tracheostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and specialized skin care.
Requirements:
Updated CV Current LPN certification BLS certification COVID vaccination/documentation
Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
