•We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) unit.
Pay Rate:
$40/hr

New Lisbon, WI 53950
Shift :
PM Shift (2pm-10pm)
Every Other Weekend Number of Weeks:

Hrs Position Requirements:
Current, active Wisconsin LPN license . Current CPR/BLS certification . 1+ year of related experience preferred .
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting. Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders. Develop, implement, and update care plans. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
