JOB DESCRIPTION

LPN for Long Term Care unit. 13 weeks contract with possibility of extension for another 13 weeks. Tentative Start Date 10/19. Must be available for PM shifts 2pm-10pm, Every Other Weekend. Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week. Overtime is available. Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification required. 1+ years of related work experience preferred. #
